1. Purpose: Customer identification, consultation
2. Items: Name, messenger ID, phone number
3. Retention period: Retained for up to 1 year after completion of consultation (however, separate request upon contract)
You have the right to refuse consent to the above collection of personal information, and if you refuse consent, consultation is not possible.
